Hi! I’m Sorele

I’ve spent years helping women shift their mindset, rebuild confidence, and access the best version of themselves— as a certified NLP practitioner and transformational coach.

Like many women, I knew what to eat. I understood the importance of healthy habits. But I also knew that information alone doesn’t lead to transformation. You need structure. 

That’s when it hit me:

What if there was a program that combined real structure with deep mindset work, in a way that felt completely respectful of our frum values, lifestyle, and soul?

That’s how Slimfits was born.

What Makes This Program Different

Since launching Slimfits, over 50 women have gone through this 10-week journey.

In Slimfits, many women lose around 10kg in just 10 weeks—some a bit less, some even more.

But the real change goes beyond the scale. Every participant gains something far more valuable—a sense of peace with food, confidence in their choices, and a belief that lasting change is possible. Slimfits isn’t about obsessing over food or following strict rules. It’s about guiding frum women through a complete transformation of mind, body, and soul—so weight loss finally feels doable, sustainable, and freeing.

I believe that:

My role is simply to help you meet her.
